Mexican Corn Cake
Recipe ingredients
1 (8 ½ ounce) box cornbread mix
1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn (not whole kernel)
¼ cup milk
¼ cup light corn syrup
Cooking Steps
Mix all ingredients together well.
Pour into greased 8 inch square pan.
Bake at 350 F (180 degrees C) for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
