Chocolate Pecan Icy Fudge
Recipe ingredients
800g semi-sweet chocolate, chopped.
2 cups ice cream, slightly thawed (not vanilla).
1 cup pecan nuts, chopped.
Cooking Steps
Line an 8" or 9" square pan with foil and lightly butter the foil.
Place chocolate in medium glass mixing bowl and microwave on high (full power) for 1 min and 45 sec, then stir. Add thawed ice cream and beat until smooth.
Now stir in the nuts. Turn into prepared pan and refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares.
