Tofu, brie, avocado salad
Recipe ingredients
100-150g firm tofu
sesame seeds
egg
flour
½ avocado
50g-100g Brie/camembert
cranberry sauce
lettuce-iceberg, mescal or similar
Red wine balsamic reduction
aioli
Cooking Steps
Slice tofu into slices, dip in flour, egg and sesame seeds refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Place lettuce on plate.
Drizzle aioli over lettuce.
Add sliced avocado on top of lettuce.
Add sliced brie/camembert on top of avocado.
Add cranberry sauce on top of brie/camembert.
Drizzle reduction on plate around salad.
Pan fry tofu until golden.
Place cooked tofu on top of brie/camembert.
