Mustard glazed baked Ham
Recipe ingredients
3 - 5 pounds cooked ham
10 - 12 whole cloves
½ cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
Cooking Steps
Cut (score) ham in a diamond pattern on top and stud with cloves. Place in your slow cooker. Combine brown sugar, mustard and lemon juice and spoon or brush over ham. Cover and cook on high for 2 hrs, then on low for 6 to 7 hrs or until the ham is hot.
Remove the ham and place on a warm serving platter. Turn slow cooker to high setting and combine orange juice and cornstarch to form a smooth paste. Stir into the slow cooker with small drips. Cook until sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.
Spoon and or brush over ham.
