Ingredients :
30 g all-purpose flour
7 g paprika
0.7 g ground sage
3 g Creole seasoning
0.9 g cayenne pepper
1 g black pepper
1 g garlic powder
4 boneless pork chops about 1/2 inch thick
10 ml olive oil
How to Prepare :
Place flour, paprika, sage, Creole seasoning, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and garlic powder in a large, re-sealable plastic bag. Now also place the pork chops in the bag, seal, and shake to coat all the chops.
In a large skillet, heat oil over high heat for about 1 minute. Arrange chops in pan, and reduce heat to medium. Cook until pork chops are dark brown, for about 6 to 8 minutes a side.
