 Ingredients :

3 large Handfuls Baby Salad Mix
200g Marinated Feta, drained
4 tblsp Cider Vinegar
6 slices French Bread, brushed with olive oil, toasted in oven
1 Small Red Onion thinly sliced
5 Rashers Rindless Bacon, chopped

 How to Prepare :

Mix all ingredients together and serve.
