Spinach Quiche

Spinach Quiche

Classic Spinach Quiche recipe. Suitable for vegetarians.

Recipe ingredients

1 sheet frozen puff pastry- thaw it
1/3 cup milk
3 eggs
1 3ounce package cream cheese
As much spinach as you want to use.
½ cup grated cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Chives
Salt and pepper

Cooking Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 220 °C (425 °F). Put the pastry sheet in a glass pie dish and push over the edges of the pastry to make slightly thicker around the edge. Beat the cream cheese in a bowl until it's smooth.

  • Gradually beat in the eggs and milk. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Pour on top of the pastry. Bake until the edge of the pastry is golden brown and filling is set which should take roughly 25 min. Leave to sit for 10 min then cut and serve.
