Garlic sausage loaf
Recipe ingredients
1 lb sausage meat
185g cheese grated
2 eggs
1 onion
3 cloves garlic
1 packet feather or flake pastry
Cooking Steps
Mix all together and put this mixture in the middle of the rolled out pastry, then roll up the pastry put on a greased tray and make slits on top.
Brush over a little milk. Bake at 200°C for about 2hrs.
