BBQ Salmon
Recipe ingredients
220 g brown sugar
120 ml honey
1 dash smoke flavoring (or similar)
120 ml Apple cider vinegar
2 kg whole Salmon fillet
Cooking Steps
Preheat your grill for high heat. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, honey, smoke flavoring, and vinegar. Brush one side of the salmon with the basting sauce. Place the salmon on your grill, basted side down.
After about 7 minutes, generously baste the top, and turn it over. Cook for about 8 minutes more, then brush on more basting sauce, turn, and cook for a further 2 minutes. Take care not to overcook the salmon as it will loose its juices and flavor if you cook it too long.
