Beef Wellington's !! yay !

Very nice traditional Potato salad recipe that's also easy to make. Makes use of mayonnaise, mustard and eggs.
Serves 6 to 8

A delicious supper dish when served hot or as a vegetarian picnic variation when cold. Either way - none gets left over!

This is a great dish for those who find pastry either too difficult to make or too heavy to eat. The bread and butter bakes to a light crisp shell.

Fish pie is best made with a mix of fish so for this recipe we use Haddock, Salmon, hard-boiled eggs and cream.
