1 package of cream cheese
1 (12oz )jar of green olives, sliced.
About 3 tsp olive juice
3 stalks Celery, cut in 1 inch logs
Cooking Steps
In a medium sized bowl put package of cream cheese, olives and 1 teaspoon of olive juice. Mix with a fork.
Depending on how runny you want it add up to 2 more teaspoons of olive juice. With fork place a small amount of mixture on celery.
If there are no celery fans in your home try using only 1 teaspoon of olive juice in the mixture and serve on salted crackers.
