Tartare sauce

Tartare sauce goes well with many sea foods.

Recipe ingredients

¼ cup Sour cream
½ cup Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Capers drained, rinsed
2 gherkins, finely chopped
2 tsp Lemon juice
1 tsp Lemon rind, finely grated
Couple of drops Tabasco sauce

Cooking Steps

  • Combine all the ingredients, mix well and serve.
