De's Baba Ganoush
Recipe ingredients
1x medium size Eggplant (roasted at 200 C or 400 F for about 1 hour and then peeled)
juice of 1 ½ Lemons
pinch of salt
2x cloves Garlic (mashed)
half cup of Tahini (Sesame seed paste)
Cooking Steps
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix together using either a blender for a smooth texture or a mortar for a bit more chunky texture. Garnish with parsley, paprika powder and olive oil.
