Raspberry Vinaigrette

This dressing goes very well with all kinds of salads (feta, toasted pecans, bacon, red onion) and uses only three ingredients. Makes: 2 cups

Recipe ingredients

60 ml (4 tsp) Olive oil
235 ml (16 tsp) Seasoned rice vinegar
280 g Raspberry jam (seedless)

Cooking Steps

  • You can use a blender to combine the olive oil, rice vinegar and raspberry jam - process until smooth.

  • Refrigerat while stored.
