Cashew nut dipping sauce

Cashew dipping sauce goes well with Vegetables, Spring Rolls, Chicken, Shrimps or whatever you like. Makes about 2 and half cups and can be refrigerated for at least a week.

Recipe ingredients

100g Roasted, salted Cashews
500g Cream cheese
1 Tbsp Basil
Black pepper to taste
Cream for thinning

Cooking Steps

  • Using a blender, blend all ingredients together and add cream to thin mixture to your liking.
