Buttercream frosting
Recipe ingredients
250g Unsalted butter, very soft.
500g Sifted icing sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Cooking Steps
Beat the butter until it is pale in colour. Add one third of the icing sugar at a time to the butter while mixing on low speed.
Keep mixing until you get a uniform consistency. *Optional*Add a couple of tablespoons of milk to loosen the buttercream.
