Microwave Fudge

An easy fudge recipe made in the microwave with condensed milk, golden syrup and white chocolate.

Recipe ingredients

1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup Brown Sugar
125g butter, chopped
1 tbsp Golden Syrup
200g White Chocolate

Cooking Steps

  • Grease a pan and line with baking paper Put condensed milk, sugar, butter, and golden syrup in a large, heatproof, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, UNCOVERED, on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring with a whisk every 2 minutes, or until mixture comes to the boil.

  • Microwave, uncovered, on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) for a further 5 to 6 minutes, stirring every minute with a wooden spoon, or until thick. Take out of microwave and add white chocolate Stir until chocolate melts Pour mixture into your lined pan Leave for few hours or so to cool before refrigerating to set. Cut and eat
