Peanut butter cookies
Recipe ingredients
1½ cups Self raising flour
1 cup Brown sugar
1 Egg
1 cup Peanut butter
2 tsp Vanilla essence
1 cup softend Margerine
Cooking Steps
Put all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
Roll the dough into balls about the size of a walnut, spray/coat a biscuit tray with cooking spray or margarine, and put the ready rolled balls onto the tray.
Flatten with a fork or your fingers and cook at 200 °C for about 15 minutes.

If you cream the sugar and
If you cream the sugar and butter 1st, then add every thing but melt the peanut before adding they are lighter.
