White Chocolate Cheesecake
Recipe ingredients
Base:
100g melted butter
1 pkt wine biscuits, crushed
Filling:
500g Cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup caster sugar
150g white chocolate
½ cup thickened cream
Topping:
100g white chocolate, chopped
Cooking Steps
Mix together the melted butter, and crushed biscuits. Press into a spring form tin, and refrigerate.
In a food processor, beat together the cream cheese, vanilla essence, and caster sugar until it's light and fluffly.
Melt the chocolate slowly, and fold together with the thickened cream, and then mix this together with the cream cheese mixture.
Combine well, and pour over the bisuit base. Refrigerate until set and decorate with the chopped chocolate.
