White Chocolate Cheesecake

Cheesecake recipe with white chocolate, cream cheese and thickened cream.

Recipe ingredients

Base:
100g melted butter
1 pkt wine biscuits, crushed
Filling:
500g Cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup caster sugar
150g white chocolate
½ cup thickened cream
Topping:
100g white chocolate, chopped

Cooking Steps

  • Mix together the melted butter, and crushed biscuits. Press into a spring form tin, and refrigerate.

  • In a food processor, beat together the cream cheese, vanilla essence, and caster sugar until it's light and fluffly.

  • Melt the chocolate slowly, and fold together with the thickened cream, and then mix this together with the cream cheese mixture.

  • Combine well, and pour over the bisuit base. Refrigerate until set and decorate with the chopped chocolate.
