Hot Cakes
Recipe ingredients
¼ cup Natural Yoghurt
1 Banana, Mashed
1 cup Kelloggs Special K
Butter, for cooking
1 Egg
1 cup Plain Flour
2/3 cup Milk
Strawberries
Cooking Steps
In a medium bowl, whisk together all the hotcake ingredients until smooth, place to one side.
Make Glaze:
In a medium saucepan, combine ½ Cup water & ½ Cup sugar and allow to boil.Place a heavy base frying pan on medium-high heat. Melt butter to coat the bottom of pan and pour in 2 tbsp of the hotcake batter and allow to cook 1-2 minutes or until the hotcake bubbles burst.
Flip over and cook 1 minute on the other side.
