Easy, rich and moist Chocolate cake
EmailRecipe ingredients
2 cups plain Flour
¾ cup Cocoa powder
2 cups Sugar
1 tsp Baking powder
2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 tsp Coffee in ¾ cup of boiling water
1 cup Milk
1 cup vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla essence
Cooking Steps
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Add in the oil, coffee, milk, eggs and vanilla then beat really well.
Baked at about 180 °C for about 45 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.

Thanks for this recipe.
Have tried and failed so many other recipes. This was easy & absolutely delicious... and the best part is that it tastes better and better from 2nd day onwards. My kids love it and another one's in the oven right now for my daughter's birthday on Sunday.
Does anyone have an icing recipe that will go will this cake?
