Banana cake
Recipe ingredients
½ cup Butter
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
3 very ripe Bananas (small)
1 tsp Bicarbonate of soda (Baking soda)
50 ml Milk
half cup Caster sugar
1½ cups Self-raising flour
Cooking Steps
Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla together.
Add the eggs seperately, beating well as you go along.
Mash the bananas and also add them to the mixture.
Dissolve baking soda in your milk then add to the mixture alternately with the flour.
Bake at 180 °C for about 35 minutes or until cooked.
