Mexican beef pizza

1 tbsp Vegetable oil
500g Beef mince
35g Taco seasoning
450ml Salsa sause
2 x 335g Pizza base
200g Pizza cheese
80g Sour cream
Cooking Steps
Preheat oven to about 240 degrees C. Heat oil in large frying pan; cook mince, stirring until cooked through. Add taco seasoning and about 375ml of salsa sause; bring to a boil.
Place pizza bases on pizza trays, spread with mince mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake, uncovered in oven for about 20min or until pizzas are browned and bases are crisp.
Serve pizzas topped with remaining salsa and dollops of sour cream.
